Job Title: Sales Representative/Style Consultant
Job Description:
As a Brideside style consultant, you are their greatest brand advocate. You’ll be styling thousands of wedding parties digitally, and in person, to guide them in finding the perfect bridesmaid dresses and accessories for the wedding. You’ll get to know many stakeholders involved in the wedding – the bride, the groom, the bridesmaids, the parents – and all of these relationships will help generate your referrals and future business opportunities.
Please know this is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed aggressive sales goals
- Work with the bridal parties who sign-up for Brideside
- Generate own book of business through referrals, networking, partnerships, events
- Deliver best-in-class concierge experience to new and existing clients
- Serve as a Brideside brand advocate both to customers and designers they represent
- Serve national customers with digital tools and local customers in their retail location
- Schedule in-person consultations with your customers during the week and on weekends
Requirements & Skills:
- Confident, results oriented top-performer who is pumped about start-ups and entrepreneurship
- Tech-savvy with proficiency with excel, social media and data visualization tools
- Strong empathetic mindset to help focus on delivering a superb customer experience above all else.
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills to help with multi-tasking
- Good sense of style and interest in staying up to date on trends in bridal and beyond
- Strong Communicator: personable and professional demeanor by phone and e-mail
- Interested in building and participating in the Brideside community as a leader and mentor to others
