Job Title: Part Time Shop Educator

Description: As a Shop Educator you are a brand ambassador, who exceeds expectations and delivers an amazing shop experience. You are up to date on all the latest trends, in the arts and technology. You are creatively connected to your community through the places you visit and the events you attend. You enjoy connecting with people and you build strong, authentic relationships with those that you meet. Your Shop is your creative hub and you take great pride in ensuring that it is a place where people want to be. You love design. You value integrity. You don’t take yourself too seriously.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provides a world-class guest experience by connecting with each guest individually through conversation and real talk, ensuring every guest plans a return visit
  • Builds authentic, lasting relationships with Shop guests, which are nurtured and developed through the use of Copper Club (client book)
  • Develops exceptional product knowledge to enhance guest experience
  • Promotes the culture and authenticity of Kit and Ace, by becoming a Brand Ambassador and ensuring high levels of service and operation are the norm
  • Proactively takes responsibility for self-development and looks for new ways of developing both personally and professionally
  • Supports the management team with the execution of Shop operations, ensuring that the Shop remains an attractive home for the Creative Class to connect
  • Drives sales by promoting a positive culture of integrity, authenticity and intentional communication
