Job Title: Sales Consultant

Description: Under direction from the Fifth Avenue Club Director, the Fifth Avenue Club Sales Consultant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building individual and Club Sales Volume, establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, while demonstrating consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. Utilizing Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system, the FAC Sales Consultant is responsible for driving their own business and creating their own success. The FAC Sales Consultant plays an integral part in ensuring the success of the Fifth Ave. Club.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience, in a customer focused luxury environment
  • Possess an established clientele while also demonstrating the ability to acquire new clients
  • Ability to strategize your own business and be self-motivated; taking initiative to increase individual productivity through interesting and strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate sound business judgement and organizational ability
  • Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
  • Ability to work well in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Will hire based off a successful completion of a 90 day assessment which includes, but is not limited to, the achievement of a set sales goal, entering contact information into client book for 20 clients, opening of 3 Saks Fifth Avenue Charge accounts, utilization of Look-Books, placement of at least 3 merchandise locator sales, and placement of one online sale.
