It’s 22-year old model Chloe Norgaard. Could she be anymore Pinterest-worthy? After stalking her Tumblr, I realized this photo I posted on Pinterest 4 months ago is actually HER rainbow locks.
I think it’s safe to say this is the coolest hair ever.
Although she’s been modeling for 3 years, Chloe has really been killing it in 2013. Not only is she in Uniqlo’s Spring 2013 campaign, she just walked in Rodarte, Nicole Miller and Moschino Cheap & Chic to name a few.
I’ve obviously never talked to her and I don’t know that much about her…but I think this is a case where you CAN judge a book by it’s cover, and this cover is an awesome one.
And just because, here’s some Chloe-esque things that I’m currently fancying.
