Episode 6: Birkins, Olsen Twins, & The Cost Of Fast Fashion With Eva Daiberl

Are you ready for another episode of Fashion Friends? This week, I’m extra excited to have one of my very good friends (who I’ve even traveled around the world with) — the renaissance woman herself, Eva Daiberl!

I say renaissance woman because if you don’t know the name Eva Daiberl, you might be familiar with Miss Renaissance (they are one in the same). She was actually the very first Chi City’s Most Stylish feature, she’s played photog for me on more than one occasion (thanks Eva!) and now she can be more than my real friend but my FASHION FRIEND.

In episode 6 we’ll chat about Birkins (spoiler alert: they’re STILL exclusive) as well as the Olsen twins turning 29 (feels like just yesterday Michelle Tanner said her first word ). And you know we have to do it…celeb style (although no specific red carpet event this week).

Next up, I wanted to get a little serious (only for a bit though!) and discuss the true cost of fast fashion, as that’s what the documentary The True Cost, is all about. I haven’t seen it yet but I’m beyond intrigued by the trailer. A special shoutout to Jessica Murnane for suggesting this as a topic for Fashion Friends!
