Feeling Festive?

Dressing for the holidays usually means one of two things — some sort of sparkly dress that you’ll more than likely spill champagne on less than an hour into the party or ugly Christmas sweaters. But is there anything in-between? I think YES. If you’re feeling festive, you’re going to really enjoy this. If not, GET IN THE MOOD.

As you can imagine, I much prefer an ugly Christmas sweater over a sparkly dress BUT of course it depends on the specific occasion. Are you going to a holiday party at a country club? Perhaps this t-shirt isn’t your best bet (although it’s absolutely amazing). If you’re keeping it low key with friends and family (especially on Christmas Eve or Christmas day) you can totally be Team Rudolph. Even if you want to get on board a little early and just wear a whole bunch of festive attire everyday until December 25…I say YOU DO YOU (and if I find an ugly Hanukkah sweater, I’ll let you know and we can switch up the dates).

After some serious research (I think Google is fed up with my overuse of the word “festive”) I found that it’s an especially good season to add a little holiday flare to your winter wardrobe. I might even retire my penguin sweater I’ve been wearing for three years straight.

Ah, a poolside Christmas. We have to make this happen again.

So if you’re looking for some fun and festive pieces to get in the holiday spirit (I’m talking hilarious t-shirts, cozy hats, fun socks and even an ornament clutch!) then today is your lucky day…

What do you like to wear for the holiday season? Anything involving sequin antlers on a beanie or reindeer socks? (if your answer is no, it should most definitely be yes). Any favorites from my picks above? If you still need more options (although I think I curated a pretty fantastic selection) check out ASOS and Topshop. Bonus? Just about everything is under $100…more money to spend on the wish list!
