Job Title: Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Work with owner to create new displays and rearrange merchandise for increased visibility and profitable sales
- Manage stock levels and keep an open communication line with buyer in regards to all divisions within the store
- Oversee shipments and customer orders
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of current merchandise
- Social media posting (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in high-end fashion retail sales
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for styling customers
- Flexible schedule (although this is a part-time job with most work on weekends and evenings)
- Should be current on fashion and lifestyle trends
- Passion for fashion and be trusted as a styling expert
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft office
- Visual merchandising experience
- Social media savvy
- Familiarity with e-commerce (product descriptions, photography, etc.)
- Experience in high-end retail with knowledge of a customers shape, taste, and budget as well as the ability to make suggestions and complete the outfit
- Experience in assistant buying a plus
