Job Title: Merchandise Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage merchandise planning and buying for existing and new designers and collections
- Oversee introduction of new product categories into the Brideside collection, including private labels
- Work cross-functionally with technology, marketing, logistics and sales to understand product performance and opportunities for efficiency
- Travel to bridal markets and serve as Brideside’s product ambassador
- Manage merchandise budget for buying and marketing
- Train sales representatives on product attributes and fit
Requirements & Qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively with limited resources
- Degree in merchandising, logistics or fashion/apparel
- 3-5+ years of experience (e-commerce is a plus)
- Analytical and highly proficient in Excel
- Avid interest in style and wedding fashion is a plus
- Strong communication skills
