Yeezy Taught Her

When it comes to the Internet, no one breaks it like Kim Kardashian. And because of that, I try not to use the K word all too often here on ChiCityFashion, but every once in a while it’s just necessary (like this one time). But today it’s not about a Kardashian or even a Jenner…but about a West…who may or may not be the best dressed of the entire Kardashian-Jenner-West family.

When it comes to life’s cutest things, I do prefer dogs over children HOWEVER when it comes to fashion kids, they’re almost even (almost…) And I can’t think of anyone more stylish under the age of 3 than North West. I don’t know how Kanye has the time to style his wife and his daughter, make music, answer interview questions without answering the questions at all, AND design $2k sweaters (although now lowered to $1200)…but he does it, and he does it so well.

As North would say, “Yeezy taught me.”

Regardless of who dresses little Miss West, she looks DAMN chic all the time. Who else do you know that can rock a ballet outfit outside of the dance studio? I mean, it definitely helps when Olivier is making you custom Balmain and Alex is putting you in head-to-toe Wang…but that doesn’t mean you can’t dress like North. So here are seven times I wanted to dress like North West, and how you can too.

What to wear when seated front row at Alexander Wang? Custom Wang is the only option. But if you’re not on a first name basis with Mr. Wang, then you can always shop his studded fall ’15 collection (bonus: it’s all on sale!) that inspired North’s look.

I realize it might sound absolutely insane to envy outfits worn by someone who has been on this earth just two and a half years…but if these are the outfits said two-year-old is wearing (regardless of the family’s level of fame) then I’m going to get some style inspo from North West. And if this is what she’s accomplished in the fashion department before her third birthday, I can’t wait to see what years three through six bring. There’s definitely a lot more mini Balmain in this kid’s future.
