Although I’m back from New York, I thought it would be fun to take some photos while I was there…especially because my awesome photog happened to be at fashion week too. The only day we could meet up happened to be my most casual day but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good one.
I mentioned yesterday on Instagram that I’m trying something different today on ChiCityFashion. Normally my What Why Where posts are shot outside, but considering it’s in the low 30s [on a good day] I’m giving an indoor shoot a shot. Seriously, I don’t know how personal style bloggers who live in cold weather conditions do this on a daily.
Like I’ve mentioned in the past, I always say I will wear hats and I never do. Well it looks like things are turning around for me.
As you can see in previous posts like Totes Amaze and Adventures on Lower Wacker, I have a thing for weird sweaters. This one by The Muppets for Opening Ceremony is no exception.
Lower Wacker can seem like a scary place…it’s dark, smells like pee and if you’re not paying attention you can easily get hit by a car. So I thought that would be the perfect backdrop for some Halloween-esque photos. And because I don’t do costumes, this bat sweater is the closest you’ll get.
