Not only have certain footwear styles made an appearance the last couple of years (re: sneaker wedges and slip-on sneakers…you know I’m only a fan of one) but even the classics are making a comeback (good to see you again, Mr. Chuck Taylor). I’m not sure if this whole sporty footwear thing is a trend or perhaps a revolution but what I do know is that…we need to talk about it, regardless.
Some months ago, I noticed a trend surfacing with regards to online shopping — it seemed like everyone was launching e-commerce. Even Tom Ford and Tamara Mellon recently joined the club. But as always, not everyone is on board with this online accessibility…
As fashion month comes to a close, there’s a lot to talk about — highlights from fashion weeks across the globe, new top models, Fall 2014 trends, Anna Wintour sitting second row at Valentino (insert gasp here) but these things are no longer important after the Chanel show happened.
I’d like to thank
the Academy everyone’s stylists for not disappointing last night. Although I wasn’t absolutely freaking out over anyone’s look, I didn’t totally hate anyone’s look either…and that’s quite the rare occasion.
As per usual, we saw a lot of embellishments, neutrals, embellished neutrals and just for fun a few pastels. As well as Jennifer Lawrence falling…yet again.

So today’s my first day back in Chicago. Saying I’m jet lagged is an understatement. And looking at these pictures is making me question why I ever came back. BUT, on the bright side I still have exactly one week to try fried chicken pizza and I’m reunited with my guy (also this guy).
In the mean time, here’s a few photos taken along the Bondi Beach boardwalk, which has some really incredible street art (obviously, this one’s my favorite though #puglife).
