I feel like I only talk about two things on ChiCityFashion (at least as of late) — 1) how much I despise wedge sneakers and 2) how much I love a good t-shirt. So I don’t continue to offend the people reading this who are doing so in elevated sneakers, I’m going to go with number 2 today…t-shirts it is!

I love the topic of trends, especially “it” bags, because trying to figure out exactly where they come from is always so interesting to me. When trends typically came from the runway, “it” bags were made “it” bags because they were worn by a certain celebrity…and now things have moved in a bit of a different direction thanks to the handy dandy Internet. I do weird things. I tend to document them here. But sometimes I’m just like “do you really care about my outfit that much to include 20+ photos?” I’m assuming no (which is why I limit to 10 or less) so some of these fantastic pictures of me get lost in the bunch and never resurface….until now.
Socially Acceptable
Emoticon jewelry, hashtag t-shirts, Internet slang accessories…it seems like the more social media sites we get, the more social media fashion options we have. After all, wearing an emoji around your neck is the new wearing your heart on your sleeve. #AmIRight?
