After receiving countless resumes and requests for Chicago fashion jobs and realizing there’s no free resource for people to find them, I thought I’d so something about it. Today I’m very excited to announce the launch of Chi City Careers.
It’s time to get your job on…
For some reason, I really enjoy putting people together…not necessarily in a matchmaker way (which I guess wouldn’t be so bad) but more in a professional and networking kind of way. I have received some really fantastic resumes so why not put CCF to good use? There’s only so much I can talk about myself and all this great stuff I want to buy, right?
So here’s how it’s going to work. I am now taking submissions for jobs and internships in the Chicago area. If you’re an employer, please know that this is a curated list and I will not be accepting all submissions. The types of jobs and internships I will be posting will be in the fashion, marketing, PR, and social media fields. If you’re interested in listing on the Chi City Careers page, email info@box5690.temp.domains and please put CAREERS in the subject line.
If you’re the one looking for a cool job or internship in Chicago, then you’re in luck. Feel free to check the careers page as little or as often as you’d like. The goal is to have new posts weekly, but it really all depends on who’s hiring in these fields. I’m really hoping Chi City Careers can help you find the job or internship you’ve been looking for. If you’re hired by a company you found on my careers page, please let me know. I’d love to hear from you!
And a special thank you to Atelier Azza and t+j designs for having the very first listings. Time to freshen up your resumes. Best of luck on your job search everyone!

This is awesome! I really want to transition in the field and never know where to look. Do you have any resume tips as well?
Thank you for doing this! I am relocating to Chicago in June and have been searching since February.
This post could not have come at a more convenient time! Thank you – it’s like you heard my prayers 🙂
This is great! Chicago has so much to offer, but finding work in the creative fields here is a hard search. It’s good to know to know that someone is out there helping spread the word.
What a great idea! Agree with Jennie, work in the creative fields in Chicago is far and few between – definitely a hunt! Thanks for this resource!
This is a genius idea! I’m always on the hunt for something I can do online since I live in TN. I’d love to hear about anything that could be done via the internet!
