Job Title: Project Manager/Assistant To Designer
Responsibilities:
- External affairs — Brand representative showcasing professional communication skills to conduct effective, thorough conversations with clients, buyers and industry partners
- Project manager — Organize company and industry calendar to oversee deadlines are met according to set deliverables, manage inventory, maintain merchandising of showroom floor and production room, manage staff in absence of designer (including seamstress, coordinators and interns)
- Buyer and client relations — support buyer efforts with development of lookbooks, campaigns, managing retail orders, etc. Conduct client customer service from booking new orders to seeing client release.
Required Skills:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Work independently, self-starter
- Ability to multi-task and deliver in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage team effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is a plus
- Positive and professional attitude with ability to take direction from designer
- 2 years experience required in an office environment with administrative experience
