‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house château. Not a creature was stirring, not even a [Marc Jacobs Mickey] mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney flat screen TV with care. In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there [with Proenza in hand].

There’s a trend I’ve been noticing in the shoe-niverse lately and unlike Birkenstocks or sneaker wedges, it’s something that isn’t so obviously trendy where you wouldn’t have to say in 5 years from now, “oh those are so 2013.”
Coming from someone who opted for a blurry seven years of life instead of wearing glasses (I feared contacts up until about a month ago), I get that it’s not easy to find stylish eyewear. But maybe it’s because companies weren’t thinking about glasses in the right way…
