The 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards
Last night, fashion’s finest celebrated the 11th annual CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards, where the winners of this year’s prizes were announced (with the grand prize being $300k to be used towards the winning designer’s business…not too shabby). And although it’s important to know who was the lucky recipient of this prize, we also need to know who wore what, as I haven’t done a red carpet post in a while and I think I’m overdue for one. I Think I Like Taylor Swift…
Taylor Swift is one of those celebrities that, like Anne Hathaway, everyone seems to hate but I’ve always felt indifferent about. The only real opinion I had was about her style, which consisted of only nude sparkly dresses for quite a few years (and clearly wasn’t blowing my mind). But now that she’s all grown up (sort of), I no longer shake my head at what she wears, and she released her first pop album just yesterday (that literally everyone is talking about…so I thought I’d chime in), it hit me and I can’t believe I’m admitting it but…
I think I like Taylor Swift.
