In case you didn’t get the chance to hang out with fellow Chicago bloggers Kait Hunter and Carly Cristman along with InStyle Senior Market Editor Dana Avidan Cohn and I last night, here’s a little something to cure your FOMO (fear of missing out, for those who haven’t been on Urban Dictionary in the last few years).
Like I mentioned last week, I’m hosting an Fall preview party with InStyle at Topshop this Wednesday (and you’re all invited) so I though it would be fun to do a little preview to the preview right here on CCF.
I took a little excursion last Friday afternoon to Rosemont and checked out the much talked about Fashion Outlets of Chicago. Let’s just say when I first heard about this place and “Barneys Warehouse” was brought up, I was already sold. But as always, I had to see for myself.
Although some may consider Proenza Schouler a new label, designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have actually had the line since 2003. So, to celebrate their 10 year anniversary, my favorite store is doing something pretty spectacular for my favorite designers.
