If you missed Jay + Bey, the only prediction I got right, and some Olsen realness then be sure to check out part 1 of the 2014 Met Gala red carpet. If you’re caught up, let’s keep going. We have a lot to cover here.
2014 Met Gala Red Carpet (Part 1)
Of any posts here on ChiCityFashion, there’s nothing I look forward to more than writing about a red carpet event. But when it comes to something as fashion-focused as the Met Gala, I’m pretty much freaking out for weeks in advance (and I don’t even go to this thing).
So last night was the big night. We saw a lot of crop tops, dramatic backs and my predictions were oh-so-wrong (with one exception). Kind of a bummer that Amanda Seyfried and Jennifer Lawrence didn’t show up. I always look forward to seeing what they’ll wear (and unfortunately I wasn’t either of their understudies for this particular event) but we still have 87 looks to judge. Yes, 87. Take a deep breath and…let’s go.
Red Carpet Fashion: 2014 Oscars (Part 2)
Thoughts on the Oscars red carpet so far? Be sure to catch up with part 1 (including two best dressed picks!) but now it’s time for the final installment — part 2.

Red Carpet Fashion: 2014 Oscars (Part 1)
I’d like to thank the Academy everyone’s stylists for not disappointing last night. Although I wasn’t absolutely freaking out over anyone’s look, I didn’t totally hate anyone’s look either…and that’s quite the rare occasion.
As per usual, we saw a lot of embellishments, neutrals, embellished neutrals and just for fun a few pastels. As well as Jennifer Lawrence falling…yet again.

Red Carpet Fashion: 2014 Grammys (Part 2)
If you missed Taylor Swift in chain mail Gucci, Kathy Griffin borrowing from The Real Housewives and me actually liking a mens look, then be sure to check out part 1 of the Grammys red carpet. If you’re all caught up then let’s keep this moving.
