Job Title: Winter Intern
Description: Luxury Garage Sale (LGS) is seeking individuals who have a passion for the fashion industry, luxury brands and start-up culture to join their Winter 2015 Intern Class. All interns will work towards the achievement of providing white glove service to their high-end clientele across multiple online and offline platforms.
Positions available:
- Client Relations & Marketing Intern: Will be responsible for assisting client relations and marketing teams in inventory intake, inventory management, events and social/email outreach
- Inventory Management Intern: Will be responsible for helping support the business logistics and operations that assist in overseeing inventory intake, inventory processing and order fulfillment.
- Photography Intern: Will be responsible for helping the photography team to maintain their high volume photographic workload, while also learning about the photography studio operations.
- Retail Management Intern: Responsible for helping the front and back of house at the Old Town retail location (1658 N. Wells). Will learn all aspects of how to run, sell and manage a high fashion consignment store.
Qualifications:
- A confident candidate who’s very interested in fashion and looking to get exposure to the ins and outs of a growing company
- A go-getter with an eager personality who is willing to learn and grow with the team
- A hard worker who is able to jump in on a variety of tasks that vary from day to day
- A detail-oriented individual who is focused and can help all processes run smoothly
Requirements:
- Available to work 15-25 hours per week for the three month program (13 weeks)
- Able to work in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn the LGS inventory software
- Adherence to LGS policies and procedures
- Self-motivated multi-tasker
- Must be a student or recent college graduate
- Exemplify effective communication skills — clear, concise and positive

- The is an unpaid, 3 month internship with potential future opportunities with a fast-growing fashion brand
- Each intern will work with their managers to plan a creative project to be completed during the internship and presented to upper management at the end of March.
- Interns will gain exposure to a high-growth brand that is rapidly expanding both offline and online
- School credit is available
