Job Title: Customer Care Manager

Description: Luxury Garage Sale is looking for a motivated, passionate, detail oriented individual to lead their Customer Care department. The ideal candidate wants to get in on the ground floor and work with a small, collaborative team at a quickly growing company. The Customer Care Manager is a team player who can balance the love for making customers happy with the operations required to do so. As a Care Manager you’ll help build and execute processes that’s necessary to support the entire LGS team. The Customer Care Manager position provides first-touch support to customers, via email and phone, answering questions and acting as the main point of contact for customers via eBay and  luxurygaragesale.com.

  • Eager to delight customers by delivering accurate and quick assistance
  • Willingness to maintain Luxury Garage Sale’s white-glove service experience
  • Hungry to play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the day-to-day operations of their customer base, while also welcoming aboard the growth of the e-commerce platform
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Familiarity with luxury products and services is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate ability to drive performance of team members and consistently hit goals
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day tasks include: fielding customer requests for back and front-end account changes, helping customers with questions regarding merchandise and shipping issues, and helping to build and foster a culture where customers are put first
  • Maximize customer service and profitability for LGS in order to achieve budget, revenue and market share targets
  • Develop a Customer Care team including but not limited to hiring, training, and goal setting
  • Create processes for the Care team around return guidelines
  • Daily management, including answering eBay questions, website questions and shipping inquiries
