Title: Office Assistant
Description: Dana Rebecca Designs is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the organization through the next phase of its growth. This person will be a critical part of the team working closely with the founder and sales team to ensure all customer requirements are met. The assistant will have primary day-to-day responsibility for inventory management and production scheduling.
This is a hands-on role and an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing luxury brand. The successful candidate will be action oriented and must have an appreciation and interest in working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and customer-centric environment.
Requirements: Previous office-based clerical, secretarial, or managerial work experience is required. Flexibility, independent problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of a successful candidate.
Additional Attributes: We’re seeking a self-starter ready to “roll up your sleeves” in an entrepreneurial setting, someone who can solve problems & work with the team independently, is comfortable working in a growing, family-run business, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
