Job Title: Full-Time Stylist
Responsibilities:
- Focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
- Crush base sales expectations and find new and innovative methods of working with bridal parties
- Bring energy and spunk to our growing stylist team
Qualifications:
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Minimum of two years in retail or sales role
- An appreciation for fashion and apparel
- Strong Communicator: you’ll be contacting bridal parties daily and assisting them throughout the entire process—must be comfortable in person, on the phone and by email
- Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple technology tools simultaneously
- An entrepreneur at heart who is eager to build her personal business and learn in a fast-paced environment

Brideside is a high-growth e-commerce startup based in Chicago that is changing the wedding retail industry- starting by disrupting the traditional bridesmaid dress shopping experience. As a Brideside stylist, you’ll be working with bridal parties digitally, and in person, to guide them in finding the perfect bridesmaid dresses and accessories for the wedding. You will guide brides and bridesmaids through collections while managing the various relationships among the bridal party to help determine fit/style.
