Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate
Von Z is looking for outgoing and friendly sales associates with a passion for selling. Candidates should be current on fashion and lifestyle trends, so you are a trusted style authority. Successful candidates are sensitive to the customer’s shape and coloring, taste, and budget, and make suggestions for top-to-toe outfitting, based on knowing the store’s constantly-changing stock. They’re also look for merchandising skill in creating new displays, and rearranging stock for increased visibility. The sales team is responsible for communicating to the buyer what needs to be reordered, what’s missing, and for commenting on fit and fabric. Computer skills are a requirement. This is a part time job, with work on most weekends and evenings. There is opportunity for advancement to store management or merchandising management.
Responsibilities:
- Window Design
- Merchandising
- Social Media Management
- One-on-one personal styling
- Maintaining relationships with personal shoppers
- Serving customers
- Dealing with any queries or complaints
- Advising customers on their purchases
- Ordering, managing and taking out stock
- Helping with promotions
- Overseeing deliveries
- Assisting in buying decisions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior cashier retail experience a plus
- Enthusiastic and outgoing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking in fast paced environment
- Avid interest in fashion and style a must
- Well-groomed and fashionable
- Retail boutique experience a plus
- Clientele book a plus
- Must have flexible hours
- Must have strong retail operation skills
