You’ve seen a matching set, and an all white outfit, so now we’re combining the two for an…OFF WHITE OUTFIT.
Do I look crazy different to you? That’s because I’m not hiding behind sunglasses or my messy hair…I must really like you guys 😉
Bowling [my] bag outside a bowling alley…get it? Got it. Good. STRIKE!
WHAT (am I wearing):
Top: Proenza Schouler. Pants: Proenza Schouler. Shoes: Balenciaga. Bag: M2MALLETIER.
WHY (am I wearing it):
I ordered this outfit from The Outnet maybe a month or so ago, thinking I wouldn’t be wearing it until the Fall, as the material of the top and pants aren’t super light (not heavy…but something that might be a little warm for summer). Thankfully, it’s basically Fall in Chicago right now and although that’s not ideal, at least I have a chance to wear this look much earlier than expected (I hope you can hear the sarcasm in my “voice” right now). Like I mentioned, I’ve done an all white look and a matching set so this is naturally the next step, right? I’m not going to go into why I love matching outfits again, as you’ve probably heard it a bunch (and you can wear the pieces together or with other things, which is always a nice option). I actually just wore this pants / shoe combination the other night, but I was saving the grand finale for you guys! So why on earth did I decide to wear my hair in a style other than down and wavy? Bad hair day, man. You know how it is. And lack of sun leaves me without sunglasses so honestly, I feel quite exposed (although I’m fully clothed). It’s definitely a different look for me, but what would fashion be without a little risk?
WHERE (can you get the look):

I love a good monochromatic look too! That skirt is fabulous–super stylish. Still, though, as a Chicagoan I have to say that I hope the weather will warm up enough that you can’t wear it until fall! 🙂

I love those pants!! And that lipstick looks really good on you, Jena. Where is it from?
Thank you! Lipstick is a combination of MAC Heroine and Tom Ford Violet Fatale 🙂
