My Bing Video With Amy Creyer of Chicago Street Style

I am so excited to finally be able to announce this exciting news…Amy Creyer of Chicago Street Style and I were one of 6 videos to be filmed to show the social aspect of Bing. The video shows how Amy and I influence each other when it comes to making decisions. And the Alexander Wang backpack they show? She bought it 🙂

Prabal Gurung’s First Ever Online Only Ads

One of my favorite designers, Prabal Gurung, released his first ever online only ads yesterday. I thought this was such a great concept to only release certain photos for online advertising and I’m really looking forward to seeing more innovative ideas like this with Prabal and in the fashion industry as a whole.

I’m going to be honest, it takes a lot for me to really love an ad campaign. We see so many online, in magazines, etc and it can be very redundant. However, this literally gave me chills when I looked through these images. It really brings a whole new level of power to these clothes and this truly blew me away.

Topshop Topman Lollapalooza After Party

This weekend, I attended the Topshop/Topman Lollapalooza after party at Bar Deville. The venue was super laid back which goes along with the whole music festival theme. There were all sorts of people there; from those who were at Lolla all day in their cut-offs and tank tops to those decked out in dresses and sky high heels. And yes, I drank PBR in 6 inch Louboutins…so what? 🙂

Ran into Jeff from The Midwestyle!

This was such a fun event, and I got to see Tinie Tempah perform…which was really awesome. I’ve heard a few of his songs before but it was way cooler to see him live.
