Show Off Those Shoulders
It’s been over a year since we first visited the fact that we might just be taking note from Kelly Kapowski and showing off our shoulders once again. Sometimes it takes a trend a while to get to fringe or flare status, and I think we’ve finally gotten there with the off-the-shoulder look. Don’t you?

Glossy vs. Matte
When you look at cosmetics like foundation, powder, lipstick and even eyeshadow…there are two teams — glossy and matte. And unlike fashion vs fashun, you don’t have to pick a side (although you’re more than welcome to if you’d like). Sometimes we switch it up according to the season. Perhaps we even get a little creative with combinations — dewy skin with matte lips? Matte face with glossy lids? So let’s find out what you prefer.

Billboard Music Awards
Never have I ever…written about the Billboard Music Awards (until today). I always find it ironic that music and fashion go hand-in-hand yet the music awards shows bring out the tackiest of the red carpet (even the Grammys…which is the “classiest” of said awards shows). HOWEVER, so much went down at the Billboard Music Awards last night (well two major things I know about…as I didn’t actually watch…the weather was too nice to be inside!) that I couldn’t help myself but write about the red carpet today. Celebrity style, a big announcement plus the most highly anticipated music video of 2015…let’s do it.
