When it comes to jewelry, do you go for costume or fine? Or perhaps mix it up? I’d say a majority like to keep it mixed, which is exactly why designers are starting to dabble in both categories. So now if you want a $150 bracelet or a $1,500 bracelet…you can get it from the same designer! HALLELUJAH!

Dana Rebecca Sylvie Rose Ring
I was long over due for a visit to the Dana Rebecca showroom so I stopped in yesterday to check out some of their new additions. As always, I had a great time trying on well…everything.
Visiting The New Dana Rebecca Showroom
Over the weekend, I finally had a chance to visit the brand new Dana Rebecca showroom! This is no ordinary showroom…this is every girl’s fantasy. Gorgeous pink and white decor with the most beautiful gems you’ve ever laid your eyes on, plus some wonderful sweets to top it al off…I could have spent hours there.
And then of course, I felt it was necessary to see and try on everything…
And then I fell on love with the Melissa Louise ring (seen below paired with my Orna ring, my last DRD purchase)…
And can you guess what happens in the end? I’m now the proud owner of the Dana Rebecca Melissa Louise ruby ring 🙂 It was the first thing I tried on, and paired with my pink quartz and rose gold Orna ring…it’s just perfection.
Thank you to Dana and Caitlin for having me…I can’t wait to visit once again. Who knows what will be the next addition to my DRD collection?
Ivanka Trump Jewelry Debut at Marshall Pierce & Co
Marshall Pierce & Company, one of the historical go-to Chicago jewelers since 1928, held a private event earlier this week with Ivanka Trump to debut her fine jewelry collection. Ivanka personally presented her collection to the group of 120 notable guests.
Ivanka wore: Brioni Dress, Brian Atwood shoes, Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry (chandelier earrings, rose gold and rock crystal ring, and Trump Girl Up bracelet)
Here’s one of my favorite pieces from her collection…(I always love myself a tassel when it comes to jewelry!)
