Team Player
Varsity jackets have been making somewhat of a revival the last few years. This is something I personally enjoy because it makes me a little nostalgic. One, because I remember my parents having them (similar to this but with black sleeves) and two, sports weren’t really my thing so I never actually got to own a real varsity jacket. Instead, I got to wear a super uncomfortable cheerleading uniform with orthopedic-looking gym shoes…and those, my friends, were great times.

From The Runway: Fall 2013 Trends
Now that fashion month is officially over, it’s time to review the runways and see what we’ll be wearing this coming Fall. I realize it’s barely Spring but this is how fashion works. Just like heeled running shoes, it makes perfect sense.
And because it’s always fun to be ahead of the trends, I found some pieces you can wear this Spring that are still perfectly on trend for Fall ’13. Here it goes…

What Why Where: Cold, Chains & Cold Chains
18 degrees? No problem. Let me just throw on some thin gloves and a lightweight coat. And of course it makes sense to wear lots of metal in these temperatures. Yeah, this sounds about right.
