Chestnut, tan, caramel, light brown, camel…whatever you want to call it, when it comes to outerwear, it doesn’t get more basic than this (and not in a bad way). Camel coats are in no way a trend, but it seems their popularity has been at an all time high as of late…and not just on the runways.

Is Moscow The New Paris?
Fashion Weeks happen all over the world, but we mostly just pay attention to the big four — New York, London, Paris and Milan (and maybe a few others like Australia and Copenhagen in between). Now did you know there was a Russia Fashion Week (and it’s been going on for 15 years)? Neither did I. But with street style stars like Miroslava Duma and Elena Perminova becoming household names and designers like Ulyana Sergeenko and Vika Gazinskaya on the rise…it’s time we take notice of the fashion happening in Russia.
When In Berlin
After two weeks of airports, soft pretzels and being deceived by something “reasonably priced” when it’s really just in euros…I’m back in the USA. But before I get all Americana on you, there’s still a lot European goodness to cover. Of the three cities I visited on this trip, Berlin had some of my favorite street fashion. It’s not groundbreaking, but it is damn cool.

Ah, those three signature stripes that you couldn’t survive middle school without. Whether you wore them with matching track pants or those rubber slides with socks (which are somehow happening again), Adidas is making a major comeback…and it’s not just those fancy collaborations upping their street cred.
