Today’s topic of discussion is no new trend (like Drake saying “no new friends” but replace friends with trends…you feel me?) The matching set is something our mothers wore back in the day, when people actually bought “outfits.” Then for so long, any sort of matching looked like you were trying too hard (especially if there’s any pairing of a red bag with red shoes…something I despise to this day). Now there’s this new way of matching, and it seems to be sticking around for quite a while.

I always love the idea of an all white outfit but I rarely go for it. Why? Although unofficially diagnosed, I do have a fear of stains. Yes I know they can come out (although an extra rainy Lollapalooza day 3 last year left me with perma-mud stains on my white culottes) but I do find them to be the ultimate buzzkill. I have to get over it though, and I did today. I’ve done all white once for summer, but now I’m giving it a go for spring…
