The last few days have been quite the kick into 2017 — we officially got a new president (?), it was 60 degrees AND sunny in Chicago (just a friendly reminder…it’s January) and the most insane collaboration was just announced (which you’ll get to hear more about shortly). So let’s take a look at the first mood board of the year, shall we?

Art is one of those funny things that’s only worth what the highest bidder will pay, and like fashion, a piece can really speak to me while others may find it hideous. In this case, I don’t think you’ll find anything this artist does to be hideous. At the very least, it will put a smile on your face…
Ever since Thakoon x NARS happened, I’ve had some pretty high hopes for beauty collaborations (especially from NARS, because their products are awesome). Although you can’t technically call their latest collection “Andy Warhol x NARS” (for obvious reasons)….it’s as close as an Andy Warhol collaboration you’re going to get in 2012.
