Ever since I went to my first Margiela store, I became infatuated with lab coats (as a fashion statement of course). If you’ve ever been in one of their shops, the sales associates are rocking the chicest Margiela lab coats…and the fact that you can’t buy them makes me want one even more. So where do I get my fix? We’re going to have a little Chat[ty] about that…
A monthly mood board is no new concept but considering it seems like every other Instagram and Snapchat comes with the caption #MOOD or #VIBES (and I’d like to dabble in some other things besides fashion…there’s more to me than just clothes!) I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon but as always…with a CCF twist!
After a few years of looking for something to wear other than skinny jeans (re: the growing popularity of boyfriend jeans, the resurrection of flares, the launch of the relaxed skinny, etc.) we now have an array of options in the denim category (that will not suffocate your thighs). If you’re definitely a regular mom (and not a cool mom serving cocktails mocktails to your high school daughter, named Regina George, and her friends) then you’ll appreciate these jeans.
You know those things you never knew you needed until you discovered their existence? For me, it’s the Avo-Saver, texturizing spray and now, a summer trench.
If there’s any designer trending as hard as Gucci right now, it has to be Vetements. If you’ve never heard of Vetements, you clearly were not Instagram at any point during fashion month. But don’t you worry, I’ll get you caught up in no time.
