When you’re well into winter (and now that we have a foot of snow on the ground, it looks like it’s not going away anytime soon), trying to put an outfit together that’s warm and stylish can get pretty daunting. But when you have a strong outerwear game (the most important game in Chicago) it makes that task a little easier. I like to think I’m an avid coat collector and when it comes to this shearling and shine, it might just be my new favorite.
For being such a short month, there’s still a lot to pack into February — Valentine’s Day, Fashion Week Month, Grammys, Oscars…and if you didn’t think that was enough, here’s everything else you need to know about this February!
You know I love to repurpose what are considered “summery” items for fall / winter (re: this dress, this dress…and now THIS JUMPSUIT). Why wear something in one season when you can wear it for every season?!

It’s official. After this post, the Met Gala is no longer taking over the CCF home page. You can take that as a positive or a negative, either way we have to move on with our lives.
