HAPPY TURKEY DAY, FRIENDS. Before we start digging in to that bird and chugging gravy (you have your traditions…I have mine), you should take a look at what’s ahead this weekend. And if you’re already in a poultry and carb coma, what better way to cope than with some awesome discounts?
Each time I check any form of social media on a Monday, it seems like everyone I follow is having the worst day ever. There’s something about starting off the week again that we all seem to share a hatred for, and take our hatred to Facebook and Instagram. But there’s one Monday of the year where you can feel optimistic…BECAUSE PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE IS ON SALE TODAY.
Happy Thanksgiving, friends! Today’s the day where we OD on turkey (or tofurky if you swing that way), wear pants that either stretch, are two sizes too big or if you’re really lucky…no pants at all. So if you’re trying to figure out what to wear for today’s gorging festivities, I have a few suggestions I think you’ll be really happy about.
Happy Thankgiving, Happy Hanukkah and most importantly, happy month of eating an absurd amount of food that you’ll probably regret January 1 but that’s what resolutions are for.
Of course I’m thankful for a lot of things…family, friends, YOU but one thing I’m thankful for that everyone can benefit from? DISCOUNTS.
I never really understood the point of waiting in a line very late at night/way too early in the morning, in the freezing cold to get something discounted at even more of a discount…while possibly getting in a physical fight with some fellow shoppers. Why wait in line when you can shop from the comfort of your own home? Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday…it’s all the same really.
So if you’re like me and don’t do crowds but still appreciate a great deal, here’s a look at my favorite sales going on today/this weekend.
