Job Title: Part-Time/Full-Time Sales
Responsibilities:
- Create an atmosphere where the customer is comfortable and treated with respect
- Lead customer through the process of selecting, coordinating and purchasing
- Receive in-depth training (provided by Optimo) on Optimo’s hat history, manufacturing, etiquette, styles, etc.
- Learn how to properly size/fit clients
- Maintain and track inventory
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness and order
- Maintain customer contact and grow your client base
Qualifications:
- Serve to a high standard, reflect brand values, and passion for quality
- Dedication to thoroughly understanding the Optimo product, fitting techniques and the ‘Optimo experience’
- Down to earth selling style
- Previous retail experience (luxury products preferred)
