Owner Morgan Gutterman opened Edith Hart (formerly known as The Edit) just one year ago and it’s already become one of the neighborhood’s best shopping destinations.
Originally from Glencoe, Morgan and I share some North Shore love (and a mutual obsession over Sass & Bide). Actually the whole concept of her store stemmed from her friend’s job at Sass & Bide, and Edith Hart now carries almost all Australian designers. As an Aussie lover myself (spent a month there a few years back) I am very on board when it comes to Australian fashion.
When I asked Morgan to tell me her favorite brands in the store (although it’s like picking a favorite child) she narrowed it down to Generation Love, Sass & Bide and Bec & Bridge.
And to take it one step further, I had her pick out her favorite items in the store right now.
