Glamorama 2012: British Invasion

Over the weekend I attended Glamorama for the third year in a row. It’s always been one of my favorite Chicago events because not only is it a great show with a super fun after party, but all of the money raised benefits the Ronald McDonald House in Chicago (an awesome cause!)

Last year‘s Glamorama theme was ARTrageous which made for a very cool after party. This year was all about celebrating the UK. “The Music then, the fashion now” was the theme of the show (which included some great Beatles songs by the way) and featured music performances by Robin Thicke, Karmin and Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star winners Megan & Liz.

Feel free to live vicariously through my blurry iPhone photos…

PhotobucketCan you tell that Patron is a sponsor? (funny thing…neither of us like tequila)

PhotobucketWitnessing an unplanned dance off has been a life goal of mine…even better when kids are involved (I’m normally not a fan but when they’re good dancers, I’m into it)

So I had to capture it on video…and upload it to YouTube
