With temps dropping by the day (has it not been the best Fall ever this last week?) I figured I have to get in one more summer look before retiring all lightweight clothing for the year. And what gets the job done better than a white printed jumpsuit?
Even better…a really loose white printed jumpsuit? 😉
WHAT (am I wearing):
Jumpsuit: ASOS. Shoes: Balenciaga. Sunglasses: Zac Posen x Illesteva. Bag: Mark Cross.
WHY (am I wearing it):
To answer this question directly…BECAUSE IT’S MY LAST CHANCE. I’ve worn this exact jumpsuit / shoe combination quite a few times this summer. It’s actually the ideal outfit for a super hot night (if you don’t want to wear a dress or shorts). But of course I chose to wear it on a 72 degree day (still works though, right?) Because it’s QUITE loose, heels are a must. Lately, if I need any height it’s really just been between these Balenciaga heels and my Stella McCartney brogues. Otherwise it’s oxfords, sneakers or flat sandals for me. BUT the real winner here is neither the jumpsuit nor the heels…it’s the bag. The Mark Cross Grace bag has been on my wishlist for a while now and I finally pulled the trigger. And let me tell you…we couldn’t be happier together. As you can see, I’m just as excited about the inside of the bag as I am about the outside (and yes, my phone case has illustrations of my dogs in sticker form…crazy dog mom at your service!)
